Home Offer 365 LLC is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in off-market real estate throughout Pennsylvania and the East Coast. We are seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador to help increase our visibility, create compelling ads, promote our services, and attract motivated sellers, buyers, and job applicants.
Role Overview
The Brand Ambassador will serve as the "public face" of the company across social media platforms and marketing channels. You will help create simple ads, short videos, branded posts, and promotional content to help us grow our brand and attract leads.
Responsibilities
- Create simple ads and promotional videos for social media
- Talk about the company on camera (optional but preferred)
- Promote services across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and community groups
- Help generate interested leads (buyers, sellers, partners)
- Represent our company in a professional, positive manner
- Share company updates, deals, and opportunities
- Report weekly performance and activity
- Optional: attend virtual meetings or training
Qualifications
- Comfortable on camera and speaking confidently
- Social media experience (posting, recording videos, basic content creation)
- Positive, energetic personality
- Reliable communication
- Ability to follow a marketing script or content calendar
- Experience in real estate, sales, or online marketing is a plus but NOT required
Compensation
- $30–$35 per hour monthly bonus
- Performance bonuses for qualified leads generated
- Commission available on deals generated through your content
