Position Overview
As a Disposition Agent, you will:
- Evaluate properties and understand necessary repairs or upgrades
- Build relationships with potential buyers and investors
- Market and sell properties based on your knowledge of construction and remodeling
- Track progress and report to management
This role is perfect for someone who can combine construction know-how with sales skills to maximize property value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze properties and estimate repair/remodel needs
- Advise on pricing and improvements to attract buyers
- Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close deals with investors or end buyers
- Track KPIs and provide updates to management
Qualifications
- Construction, remodeling, or handyman experience required
- Basic knowledge of property repairs and value-add improvements
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn sales
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with buyers and investors on the phone
- Reliable internet and computer for CRM work
