Position Overview
As an Acquisition Agent, you will:
- Work leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Make outbound calls and build relationships with homeowners
- Negotiate property offers and assist in the contract process
- Track progress and communicate with management
This role is perfect for someone ready to learn, grow, and earn in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Use GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to manage leads and tasks
- Make outbound calls to motivated sellers
- Negotiate and secure off-market property deals
- Assist sellers through the contract process
- Track KPIs and provide updates to management
Qualifications
- No experience required — we will train you
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners on the phone
