What You’ll Do
- Diagnose infestations and determine the appropriate treatment to eliminate the specific pest.
- Calibrate, apply, and document treatments strictly following label instructions and safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain route-assigned tools and equipment.
- Communicate findings and recommendations; suggest additional services that support a comprehensive pest management program.
- Call customers to confirm scheduled services before arrival.
- Coordinate with office staff and follow an optimized route to ensure safe, on-time visits across your assigned territory.
- Capture accurate service notes using both paper and a company-issued handheld/cellphone application for speed and accuracy.
- $22–$26 per hour depending on experience and licensing, plus overtime.
- Company vehicle with gas card upon completion of training.

- Ability to work independently in the field while delivering excellent customer service.
- Problem-solving mindset to select the most efficient and effective solutions for each customer.
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Enter and work in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and on rooftops; able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
- Comfort working in varying weather conditions.
- Leverage a mobile device to complete all service documentation quickly and accurately.
- Prepare, input, and maintain both written and electronic records at the conclusion of each service.
- You must have overnight parking space at your residence to keep a company vehicle.
Salary : $20 - $26
