Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Naples, FL, seeks a Commercial Estimator. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for projects, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers. The Estimator will analyze project requirements, research costs of materials and labor, create project budgets, and help assess feasibility. Beyond cost analysis, the role involves working with designs and plans and ensuring accurate budgeting for a variety of commercial and residential construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Construction Estimating and Budgeting, with experience in evaluating material costs and labor requirements
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Knowledge of Project Management principles to oversee and contribute to planning and execution of construction projects
- Familiarity with Roofing techniques, materials, and budgeting for roofing-related projects
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight project timelines
- Proficiency with construction estimating software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the construction sector and knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations are beneficial
