We're seeking motivated CDL-A drivers to join our team
Position Details:
- Location: Springfield, OR
- Home Time: 2 weeks out, with scheduled time off
- Shifts: Day & night shifts available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,400
- Trainee Pay: Available during training period
- Orientation Pay: Included
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives
- Equipment: 2021 Freightliner Cascadia
- Freight: No-touch freight
Requirements:
- Freight handling experience and truck operation skills
- Forklift operation knowledge
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Attention to detail in logs and vehicle inspections
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a CDL-A truck on assigned routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load, unload, and secure freight properly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch
