🕐 Shift: 2nd Shift - M to T from 3pm-1:30am (overtime if needed)
Job Summary
We are currently hiring Shipping Warehouse Associates in the Swainsboro area. This position is responsible for preparing materials for shipment, loading and unloading products, and helping ensure orders are accurate and ready to go out on time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare steel materials and orders for shipment
- Load and unload materials safely
- Verify products and quantities before shipment
- Organize and stage materials in designated areas
- Assist with receiving and shipping activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus
- Must be dependable and have good attendance
- Must be able to work in a steel warehouse environment
- Must be comfortable with physical labor
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials
- Must follow safety procedures and instructions
- Steel-toe shoes may be required
