The Production Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production activities within production. This role oversees production staff, ensures operational efficiency, maintains quality and safety standards, and plays a key role in team development. Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise and support daily operations across the production floor
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain balanced workloads and meet production targets
• Train, mentor, and develop new and existing production team members
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely and accurate order completion
• Inspect finished products to uphold quality control and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer care, to coordinate production priorities
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend or implement process improvements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and material availability for uninterrupted operations
• Promote and uphold a safe, organized, and clean working environment
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure team compliance with procedures
• Track and record production metrics such as output, quality, and team performance
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Leader regarding productivity, issues, and achievements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Leader

Education, Training, Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional training or certification in leadership or production management (asset)
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• 1 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Experience in custom framing or art-related industry is considered an asset
