What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loin Loader position at SelecSource?
Location: Lyons, GA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 a.m. – until
some Friday's may be required
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour

B. SPECIFIC TASKS:
1. Check in with supervisor for work schedule and fish type
2. Follow production schedule
3. Be sure of correct loins to be used
4. Place loin on the table for splitting until all loins are used from rack
5. Place loins onto table according to species
6. Return all empty racks to thawing area
7. Any broken racks should be set aside and reported to supervisor
8. Work closely with rack director for changes, temperatures, and times
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
10. Chain glove is to be worn at all times while using cutting knife.
11. Cutting knife is to be signed out with bag room
12. Comply with Company policies and safety requirements
C. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year Manufacturing experience
3. Must be able to work in a team environment
4. Able to push full and empty rack weighing up to 750 lbs
5. Able to read tags
6. Able to read, write and speak English
Able to work any shift including overtime and/or weekends
