The client is migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA while continuing to leverage SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM), which operates as part of the SAP CRM landscape integrated with core ERP. The role will focus on aligning existing TPM processes (fund management, promotion planning, claims integration) with the new S/4HANA financial and settlement structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fit-gap analysis between existing SAP CRM-TPM configuration and S/4HANA integration points
- Redesign fund and accrual management to align with new Condition Contract Settlement in S/4HANA
- Collaborate with Finance and TCM teams to ensure end-to-end promotion settlement alignment
- Configure and test TPM Planning, Fund Management, and Claims linkages
- Define integration flows with ECC/S4 FI-CO, CO-PA, and SD
- Coordinate with technical teams on CPI/BTP integration and data replication
Required Skills
- 8 years of SAP experience with 3 full-cycle SAP CRM-TPM implementations
- Expertise in Promotion Planning, Fund Management, Accruals, Claims Integration
- Deep integration experience with CRM ↔ ECC/S4 for master data, pricing, and settlement
- Strong understanding of CO-PA and S/4 Settlement Management data models
- Proven ability to design end-to-end trade management processes for CPG or retail clients
Preferred
- Experience in TPM-TCM-FSCM integration
- Familiarity with S/4HANA Settlement Management (Condition Contracts)
- Knowledge of BW/4HANA or Datasphere for trade spend performance reportin
