What You Will Do
The IT Help Desk Engineer / Business Analyst serves as a point of contact for technology support throughout the company while acting as a liaison between Information Technology and Property Operations. This role is responsible for resolving help desk requests, supporting end-user hardware and software, maintaining technology standards, and assisting residential property teams with technology-related operational challenges.
Skills and Requirements
- Understanding of property management operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and networks
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- 1 or more years of experience working in the Property Management field
- 1 or more years relevant work experience in IT
