Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at the Livestock Exchange apartment community in Omaha, NE. This is a Tax Credit property with 102 units. This position will pay up to $19.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM or 7:30AM-11:30AM.

What You Will Do
The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

- Grounds/Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
