Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Crystal Ridge Apartments & Townhomes apartment community in Davenport, IA. This is a Conventional property with 126 units. This position will pay up to $20 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be Mon - Fri. 8 AM - 2 PM.

What You Will Do
The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Grounds/Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
