What You Will Do
The Lease-Up Coordinator is a roving role responsible for driving leasing performance, marketing efforts, and compliance execution at assigned Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing communities. This position combines expertise in affordable housing compliance, sales, marketing, and customer service to successfully meet lease-up timelines and ownership expectations. This role requires frequent travel across multiple communities (approximately 50–100%) and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on property needs.
