Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chapel Ridge Marion apartment community in Marion, IA. This is a Tax Credit property with 200 units. This position will pay up to $26.75 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do
The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Three to four years of related experience or training
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Ability to work independently
- EPA or HVAC certification is required
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
