Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at The Elms apartment community in Kalispell, MT. This is a HUD property with 60 units. This position will offer a competitive hourly pay rate, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position will is Full Time (30-35 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with oncall after hours emergency maintenance 24/7)

What You Will Do
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
