- Four years Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experience in a similar role

- Have a strong analytical mind and an ability to work with numerical data and manage complex calculations
- can successfully manage time, handle concurrent and diverse tasks
