Compensation

  • Base Salary: The full salary range for the Records Clerk position is $16.95 to $25.10 per hour, with new hires generally starting between $19.70 to $22.35 per hour, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
  • Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

Position Overview

Responsible for the imaging and filing of vehicle titles, real estate loan documents, and other loan servicing documents.

Position-Specific Essential Functions

  • Process vehicle titles, real estate loan documents, and other loan servicing documents.
  • File vehicle titles, real estate loan documents, and other loan servicing documents.
  • Audit vehicle titles and real estate loan documents for errors.

Education and Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent; and
2. Customer service or office experience preferred, but not required; and
3. Must be bondable.

Physical Demands

While performing the job duties, approximately 70% of the time is spent standing, with the remaining time is spent stationary. Frequent communication occurs in person, over the phone, and in writing. This position requires the ability to view a computer screen and interpret printed materials and other documents. This position requires the lift and transport up to 5 pounds, and there is an occasional need to stoop, kneel, or reach to access documents, equipment, and supplies.

Interaction and Work Environment

Reports To: Lending Administration Department Leadership.
Work areas are inside a climate-controlled environment with background noise.
