Team Leader Operations - Enfield

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong operational performance.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the shopfloor, external yard, checkouts and Goods-In areas.
- Managing the full stock lifecycle, from accurate receipt through to replenishment, merchandising and sale.
- Maintaining excellent stock availability and integrity, reducing losses and effectively managing damaged, discontinued and out-of-date stock.
- Ensuring high shopfloor standards, including replenishment, accurate pricing, planogram compliance and promotional changes.
- Driving sales and profitability through strong operational standards, stock control and effective team performance.
- Coaching and supporting colleagues to build capability, take ownership and deliver consistently high standards.
- Supporting the wider branch management team and taking responsibility for branch operations when acting as the most senior leader on duty.
- Ensuring the branch remains safe, compliant, well-stocked and welcoming for our customers.
- The working hours for this role are 37.5 per week.
