Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages is essential.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among children.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
