Vice President - Structured Finance - Infrastructure [Bulge Bracket Bank] | New York, NY
A leading global investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its Structured Finance group within the Infrastructure practice. The team structures and executes debt financings across power, renewables, and infrastructure - working with sponsors, developers, and corporate clients on complex, large-scale transactions. The VP will serve as a core execution resource on active deals while beginning to develop client relationships and contribute to origination efforts.
Responsibilities
- Execute project finance transactions end-to-end: structuring, modeling, credit analysis, and documentation
- Build and maintain detailed project finance models including cash flow waterfalls, debt sizing, DSCR analysis, and downside sensitivities
- Draft credit memoranda, term sheets, information memoranda, and lender presentations
- Manage due diligence workstreams and coordinate with legal counsel, technical advisors, and rating agencies
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact with clients and counterparties on active transactions
- Support senior bankers on pitches, mandate letters, and early-stage transaction structuring
- Supervise and develop Associates and Analysts on the deal team
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance at an investment bank or commercial bank
- Hands-on execution experience in power, renewables (solar, wind, storage), or infrastructure transactions
- Strong financial modeling skills; fluency in project finance model architecture and debt structuring mechanics
- Proven ability to manage deal timelines and coordinate multi-party workstreams with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA a plus
Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
