We are seeking to add an experienced Credit Research Analyst to a large, well-resourced credit platform. This individual will focus on corporate issuers within the Technology sector and will be an integral member of a global research team, working closely with portfolio managers and other investment professionals across a range of fixed income strategies.
- Perform in-depth fundamental analysis at the company, industry, and regional levels within the Technology sector
- Identify investment opportunities across primary and secondary markets and provide actionable recommendations across multiple mandates (including investment grade, high yield, leveraged loans, and opportunistic credit strategies)
- Produce well-supported investment theses backed by detailed research and financial analysis
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for issuers and industries under coverage
- Engage with company management teams, external research providers, legal advisors, restructuring specialists, and financial sponsors
- Review and analyze credit documentation, including loan agreements, amendments, and covenant packages
- Approximately 8 years of experience in credit research, preferably on the buy-side
- Demonstrated ability to analyze credits across the capital structure, including investment grade, high yield, and loans
- Strong analytical skillset combining both quantitative and qualitative approaches
- Proven investment judgment and ability to generate differentiated ideas
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced credentials (e.g., MBA, CFA) considered a plus but not required
