About the Team
Reporting to the Director of Procurement and Vendor Management, this role is responsible for overseeing Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems to drive efficient business processes and solutions. The position focuses on analyzing, troubleshooting, and implementing key technology features that support procurement and vendor management objectives.
You will lead system enhancements and implementations to optimize performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the effectiveness of technology solutions. Responsibilities also include generating monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining system and process documentation, managing change initiatives, monitoring system performance, and developing training materials and reference guides.
1. System Administration & Documentation
- Lead the implementation, configuration, data maintenance, and documentation of systems, processes, and workflows.
- Develop and support automation initiatives aligned with procurement and vendor management strategies.
- Perform routine maintenance on S2P platforms and related data.
- Evaluate new system releases, configure updates, and support change management efforts.
- Maintain and support S2P systems and integrated solutions across the organization.
- Provision user access and deliver onboarding training and resources.
- Manage and prioritize support requests, including inquiries, enhancements, and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with Vendor Management Office (VMO), Risk, Legal, and business teams to manage changes to suppliers, users, and system data.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and partner with Learning & Development to create training materials.
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and proper configuration.
- Monitor system usage and adoption of S2P tools, recommending improvements to increase value and efficiency.
- Track and report on key procurement technology KPIs (e.g., intake management, contract compliance, supplier enablement, catalog usage).
- Analyze user issues and trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Apply system configuration updates as needed to improve performance.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and maximize system utilization.
- Clearly communicate system capabilities and set expectations with stakeholders.
- Gather and define business requirements for new tools, features, or enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing and managing procurement technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with S2P platforms, including catalog management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and vendor management processes and governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, business process documentation, and requirements definition skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system interfaces.
- Strong technical expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing S2P platforms (e.g., GEP).
- Demonstrated success leading system implementations and enhancements end-to-end.

Salary : $155,000 - $165,000
