- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Rowayton, CT
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and enhancing trading applications used across the investment process
- Supporting pre-trade signal generation and order management workflows
- Working directly with traders, researchers, and other technology teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshooting production issues and improving system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Contributing to the design and architecture of business-critical applications

- Direct interaction with traders and researchers
- Small team with meaningful ownership and visibility
- Strong culture and exceptional employee tenure
- Opportunity to work on technology that directly impacts investment decisions and trading activity
- Stable, well-capitalized buy-side environment
This is a strong fit for engineers coming from trading technology, market data, OMS/EMS platforms, front-office applications, or other capital markets technology environments who are looking to deepen their exposure to the buy side and work more closely with investment professionals.
