The Opportunity
This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who want to build a high-impact career in a fast-paced, commercial, and intellectually demanding environment. You will take ownership of a specialized financial services market while developing both sales acumen and subject-matter expertise across:
Business Development
- Build relationships with senior hiring managers and financial leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on talent strategy
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across boutique firms, global institutions, and high-growth financial organizations
- Negotiate service agreements and manage client partnerships with a consultative, high-touch approach
- Leverage proprietary market data and advanced sourcing tools to identify hiring trends and talent demand
Candidate Engagement & Market Specialization
- Identify and engage mid-to-senior-level financial services professionals within your niche market
- Develop long-term relationships with high-caliber, passive and active candidates
- Build deep knowledge of financial markets, compensation trends, and competitive landscapes to become a go-to sector expert
Process Ownership & Advisory
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through offer negotiation
- Act as a strategic advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a high-quality, consultative experience aligned with the seniority of the stakeholders you represent
- Maintain post-placement relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Successful placements earn commission on top of base salary, with uncapped earning potential - your results directly determine your income.
