What You'll Do
- Drive strategic initiatives that support company growth and operational scalability
- Own and prioritize key product roadmap initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve internal workflows and customer experiences
- Analyze business performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform decision making
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams
- Serve as a key problem solver on high-impact initiatives that influence the future direction of the business
What We're Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Chief of Staff, or related fields
- Experience working within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other technology-driven businesses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision making
- Experience working directly with technical teams and translating business requirements into actionable solutions
- Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; strong academic background preferred
