What You'll Do
- Architect and build a next-generation data platform, including ETL/ELT pipelines and migration projects
- Partner with trading, research, and global teams to design scalable, high-performance real-time data solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving best practices and technical excellence
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in data engineering, including recent leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with Databricks migration or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of data governance principles
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field
