About the Role:

We are partnered with a leading company in the Consumer and Retail space to identify an experienced Investor Relations Manager. This is a strategic position offering the opportunity to work with a highly respected brand and play a key role in managing relationships with the investment community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
