Overview
A global advisory firm is seeking a Vice President to join its Investment Banking team, focused on the Healthcare sector. The firm provides strategic and financial advisory services across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and valuation.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a primary emphasis on sell-side M&A.
- Lead financial analysis, including building and reviewing operating and valuation models
- Analyze historical and projected financial performance and communicate key insights
- Manage key aspects of M&A transaction execution, including due diligence and process coordination
- Prepare and oversee client-facing materials, including pitch presentations, confidential information memoranda, and management presentations
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to origination efforts
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, investors, and external advisors
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior professionals
Basic Qualifications
- 6 years of investment banking or related transaction experience
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and valuation principles
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated experience executing M&A transactions
- Prior exposure to the healthcare sector is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership and team management experience
