The firm operates at the intersection of M&A and capital markets, with a strong emphasis on cross‑border transactions in the $50-$500M middle‑market.

They are looking for a Technology Investment Banking Analyst to join their San Francisco office and play a central role in transaction execution and client engagement, working closely with senior bankers on active mandates.

This is a hands‑on role suited for candidates who want meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and a clear path to long‑term growth within a global platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across technology verticals
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and marketing materials
• Coordinate transaction processes across internal and cross‑border deal teams
• Support senior bankers in business development, pitching, and relationship building
• Drive transaction processes from origination through closing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience, preferably within technology
• Strong execution experience in M&A; capital markets exposure a plus
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced deal environment
• Deep understanding of software, internet, fintech, or consumer technology business models
• Experience working with founders, management teams, and financial sponsors
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree required
