Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions, including buy‑side, sell‑side, and strategic advisory engagements
- Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparables), and preparation of client deliverables
- Manage day‑to‑day deal processes, including coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external counterparties
- Conduct industry and company research to support idea generation and strategic recommendations
- Play a key role in mentoring and developing Analysts
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of direct investment banking experience at a reputable firm (bulge bracket, elite boutique, or strong middle market)
- Meaningful M&A transaction experience with demonstrated execution capability
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in the Industrials sector is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
