Our client is seeking a GTM Associate to join their growing commercial team in New York City. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to accelerate their career within a fast-paced startup environment.

Unlike a traditional SDR position, this role offers meaningful ownership, exposure to the full sales cycle, and the opportunity to quickly take on closing responsibilities. Top performers have the ability to progress into Account Executive and broader leadership opportunities as the organization scales.

You'll work directly with experienced revenue and growth leaders while helping build and execute a modern go-to-market strategy focused on engaging HR, finance, and business decision-makers.

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through a combination of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting
• Build pipeline through phone, email, and multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Leverage modern sales and prospecting technologies to identify and engage prospective clients
• Maintain accurate account, activity, and opportunity tracking within the CRM
• Partner closely with Growth and Revenue teams to optimize outreach strategies and drive conversions
• Contribute ideas and feedback that help shape the company's go-to-market motion during a critical stage of growth

• 1 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or another performance-driven environment
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding goals
• Strong interest in technology, startups, and modern sales methodologies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Competitive, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating in a high-activity outbound sales environment

• $80,000 Base Salary
• $152,000 On-Target Earnings
• Equity Participation
