The role will drive financial accuracy, operational excellence, and process improvement while supporting business growth, strategic initiatives, and a high-performing global finance organization.
Global Corporate Controller Responsibilities:
- Lead global accounting and financial reporting functions.
- Oversee U.S. GAAP compliance, audits, and internal controls.
- Manage lender and stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Standardize processes and reporting across international operations.
- Develop and lead a high-performing global accounting team.
Global Corporate Controller Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's preferred.
- 10 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Prior Corporate Controller leadership experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Multinational and manufacturing industry experience preferred.
