Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, and potential deal issues.
- Prepare sections of due diligence reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of financial models and valuation analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and operational advisors.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions with target company management.
- Conduct industry and company research to support transaction insights.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
