Role Description:
We're partnered with a rapidly growing PE-backed professional services platform that is seeking to hire a Director of Finance. This person will serve as the embedded financial leader for a high-growth region. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role combines strategic finance, FP&A, operational analytics, and M&A support. You'll have direct influence on pricing strategy, resource allocation, growth initiatives, and acquisition integration while working closely with leaders across multiple offices.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to regional leadership
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Develop and monitor KPI's across revenue, profitability, utilization and client performance
- Analyze business performance
- Partner with operational leaders to translate business objectives into financial plans
- Drive process improvement
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in progressive FP&A or corporate finance
- Professional services, PE-backed, or multi-entity business experience
- Strong financial modeling and business partnering capabilities
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, and executive presentations
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
Salary : $175,000 - $235,000
