Compensation: $200k Base Bonus

The firm is seeking to add a Corporate Development Senior Manager to its growing team in Washington, DC. The Corporate Development Senior Manager will be responsible for:
- Executing transactions for clients in the Aerospace and Defense Sector.
- Performing analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in the Aerospace, Defense, and broader Industrials space.
- Supporting senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
- Leading deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.
Corporate Development Senior Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 6 years of M&A and Venture experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Development.
- Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods.
- Extensive experience across the Aerospace and Defense space (Aviation, Defense Systems, Space Technology).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
