This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact Corporate Development team where you'll work directly with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives. The company offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to strategic decision-making and deal execution. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office.
Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:
- Supporting end-to-end M&A transaction execution
- Conducting industry and company research across various sectors
- Preparing marketing materials and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Performing financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Assisting in capital raising and strategic partnership efforts
- Collaborating closely with executive leadership throughout deal processes
Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity
- Strong closed M&A transaction experience
- Industry background is flexible; focus is on deal execution capability
- Solid accounting and finance knowledge with advanced modeling skills
