CFO

Currently representing a growth-oriented investment and operating firm specializing in the roofing industry. The company acquires and scales residential and commercial roofing businesses, providing strategic resources, operational support, and capital to accelerate growth. With a private equity-style approach, they partner with owners to preserve company identity while driving expansion through M&A and corporate infrastructure. We are seeking a CFO to join the commercial side of the business.

LOC: REMOTE

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· Finance and accounting Experience at a PE backed firm focusing on utilities (Roofing, Paving, HVAC, etc.)

- Comfortable in a startup environment-hands-on, scrappy, entrepreneurial.

· Understands what 'good' looks like for middle-market PE-backed businesses.

· Background in commercial services (HVAC, roofing, paving).

· Experience in private equity portfolio companies (e.g., Alpine, Shore Capital).

· Visionary mindset with ability to scale rapidly through M&A.
