A top-tier proprietary trading firm is building out its presence in digital asset markets and is hiring a Relationship Manager to join its New York office. Known for operating at the intersection of technology, liquidity provision, and risk-taking, the firm trades its own capital across global markets and partners with sophisticated institutional counterparties.
This role sits directly alongside the trading function and is designed for someone who wants to stay close to the market, engaging with clients in real time while supporting trade execution across spot and derivatives.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day interaction with institutional counterparties, helping facilitate trading activity while ensuring a high level of responsiveness and precision. This is a fast-moving environment where client engagement, market awareness, and execution all intersect.
Coverage spans global markets, so collaboration across time zones is essential, requiring strong communication and a high level of ownership in maintaining continuity for clients.
In addition to handling live flow, you'll contribute to how the team engages with clients more broadly - supporting idea generation, preparing materials, and helping translate market developments into relevant insights.
- Work directly with institutional clients on trade requests across spot and derivative products
- Maintain consistent and responsive communication as part of a broader global coverage model
- Own client inquiries end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Support senior team members on client strategy and relationship development
- Stay close to market activity and contribute perspectives on pricing, flow, and positioning
- 2-5 years in a client-facing role within financial markets (sales, relationship management, or coverage)
- Strong understanding of how crypto markets function
- Comfort operating in a high-speed environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Clear and effective communicator, both with clients and internally
- Familiarity with derivatives concepts (options, forwards, or similar)
- Technical skills (Python, SQL, etc.) are desired
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
