Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team during the day Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- May Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Provide and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Execute janitorial tasks in accordance with established sanitation standards.
- Assist with any additional housekeeping management duties as required by clients or supervisors.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients and their property.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning products is essential.
