Job Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with students with disabilities
- Understand and implement the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Create a positive relationship with the student and their family
- Participate in recess, snack and other activities daily
- Respond to feedback in a constructive way

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $37,471. Sela PCS offers medical, dental and vision benefits to dedicated aides.
