Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided.

This role is responsible for accurate picking and packing, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

This is a structured work environment with clear expectations for attendance, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on work orders
• Prepare and stage shipments for daily pickups and deliveries
• Handle inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas (5S)
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Cross-train and assist in other warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (required)
• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience (preferred)
• Forklift certification (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance
• Ability to follow all safety rules and company policies
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen
