Production Operator (Night Shift)

Schedule

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule: Work 3 days per week plus every other Saturday. (Average 14 days work per month. No rotating or swing shifts.)
• Predictable, consistent scheduling

Pay

• $19.34/hour ($17.59/hour base pay plus $1.75/hour shift differential)

Positions will support a defined stage of a manufacturing process. No prior manufacturing experience required. We provide comprehensive training. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to showing up ready to work are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Perform routine production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Monitor product quality and report issues as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively as part of a night shift production team

Physical & Work Environment Expectations:

• Standing and/or walking for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Working in a manufacturing setting
• Maintaining focus and attention to detail during 12-hour shifts
