Senior Director, Finance

SEKISUI Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to oversee the global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization.

In this role, you will lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You’ll oversee monthly performance tracking, comparing actuals to current and prior year plans, and drive long-range financial planning.

Serving as a key advisor to senior leadership, you’ll deliver insights on financial trends, business performance, and strategic opportunities. You’ll develop scalable, efficient planning processes that reflect the complexity of a global organization.

This role requires proactive cross-functional communication to ensure broad understanding of financial objectives. You’ll enhance reporting through meaningful KPIs and lead continuous improvements in financial tools, modeling, and planning capabilities.

You will also support corporate development initiatives, including partnerships, acquisitions, spin-offs, and the formation of new entities or joint ventures.

You are a strong proactive leader with excellent communication skills who builds partnerships across the organization.  You are able to influence others as well as work collaboratively within a team environment.  You are committed to achieving key business objectives by using your knowledge and skills to coordinate efforts across the organization both internally and externally.  If you hold an MBA, that’s a plus!

To be successful in this role, you will clearly demonstrate your strong leadership skills and your 10 years’ experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, in life science and/or manufacturing.  You will:

• Be an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing, with a high competency level in crafting a financial story and clearly communicating complex data to non-financial stakeholders
• Possess sound understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with the ability to apply accounting principles
• Have experience in long-range financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within an organization with global locations
• Be onsite at least two days each week

SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package

The anticipated base salary for this position is $220,000 – $250,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
