Are you an HR professional with a passion for providing front-facing HR support?

 We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional that is passionate about providing front-line support. As the first point of contact on-site, you will work with a global HR team responsible for delivering a positive employee experience within a multiple shift manufacturing site. In this role, you will apply your HR expertise to facilitate effective talent management practices including employee relations, performance management, recruiting and staffing, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, compliance, benefits, and resource planning. 

About you:

You are a resourceful self-starter who enjoys problem-solving. You are organized and enjoy being the go-to HR professional for on-site employees and managers. You have the proven ability to build strong relationships and lead by influence.  Attention to detail is important to you and you are committed to a continuous improvement mindset. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to assist in projects across all HR disciplines and show discretion and tact when dealing with confidential information. 

 To be a fit for this role, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a HR business partner or generalist role. You will possess strong organization and interpersonal skills. You will be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.  You will understand that strong customer service experience and the ability to meet deadlines and commitments will be crucial to your success.  In addition, you will have strong Microsoft office skills across the entire Microsoft Suite.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
