About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within the New England States territory. In this role, you will build relationships with distributors, industrial buyers, contractors, and key decision‐makers while representing our products with professionalism and expertise. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent revenue growth. You must live within the territory.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‐selling.
  • Prospect and onboard new customers within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular in‐person visits, product demos, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision‐making.
  • Prepare weekly reports, forecasts, and territory analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product specialists) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and regional meetings.

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing, industrial, or related sector preferred).
  • Proven success managing a territory and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
  • Self‐motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the region (50%–70% depending on territory).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and mobile sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Able to lift 60lbs.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
