Role Description
The Regional Account Manager for the New England States will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding SEK-Surebond’s customer network in the New England States. This is a full-time, on-site position where the individual will oversee regional sales, build relationships with customers, and strategize to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, conducting product training sessions, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including account management and business development capabilities
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Comfort with technical training and guiding customers on product applications
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within the New England States region (50% Travel)
- Experience in the hardscaping, construction, or related industries is a plus
