Join our Head Start team at SEK-CAP, Inc. and play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers. As a Teacher Aide, you’ll support our dedicated staff in fostering curiosity, exploration, and development during the most important years of a child’s life.
What You’ll Do
- Engage children in meaningful play and learning experiences.
- Support language development and social-emotional growth.
- Collaborate with a caring team to create an inviting classroom environment.
- Assist with observations and documentation of developmental milestones.
- Promote positive behaviors and cultural respect.
Every day, you’ll help children build the foundation for lifelong success—while working in a supportive, mission-driven organization.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required; CDA or Early Childhood degree preferred.
- A positive, flexible attitude and a love for working with children.
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.
- Willingness to complete required screenings and training.
