Job Skills / Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Site maintenance: Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and removing debris to maintain safety.
Material handling: Loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting materials and equipment.
Operational support: Assisting cleaners with vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, emergency requests, and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties.
Tool Operation: Using basic power tools safely.
General repairs: Performing minor repairs, furniture assembly, and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and skills:
Physical strength: Ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions. >30lbs
Safety awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to use protective gear.
Communication: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and report issues to clients. Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide positive service experiences
Experience: Previous experience in janitorial is preferred but not required.
Physical demands:
Significant physical activity, including lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
Working in varying weather conditions and environments.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm May need to be flexible with shift
Pay: $22 per hour
