• Position Title:                         Site Supervisor
• Hourly Pay Rate:                    $16.50
• General Location:                  Waynesboro, GA
• Facility Type:                          Industrial | Nuclear Plant
• Shift Time:                              6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Shift Days:                              Monday through Friday, Saturdays, OT as needed
• Headcount Responsibility: Approximately 10-19 employees

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Own all daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensure all services meet quality and safety expectations, conduct inspections and safety audits, and monitor inventory and supply ordering
• Leadership: Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach assigned employees. Manage staff performance, including discipline and terminations as needed, while building and maintaining a stable, safe, and reliable workforce
• Customer Service: Serve as primary point of contact during your assigned shift for client leadership, including regular walkthroughs and meetings, and resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Financial: Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, and employee appreciation budgets
• Growth: Ensure successful execution of additional service opportunities (tag work). Implement process improvements to strengthen overall performance

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation. Employee will occasionally use their own personal vehicle.
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, all and meet all plant hiring requirements.
• Experience: Prior experience managing hourly labor in a service environment preferred; janitorial or facility services experience a plus
• Leadership: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, lead teams, and hold employees accountable
• Hands-On Support: Willing and able to step into any role and perform operational tasks when needed, including trash removal, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, spot cleaning glass, dusting, restocking supplies, and stripping and waxing VCT. 
• Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Communication & Technology: Strong communication skills and proficiency with basic mobile systems
• Organization: Able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and customer service focus
